Job summary

Everforth TopBloc in Canada is seeking a Workday Project Manager to lead multi-project implementations for medium to large enterprises. You will manage Workday HCM and Payroll projects, collaborate with TopBloc consultants, and help shape SOWs during the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate holds a Workday PM certification, has 1–3 years of Workday HCM implementation experience, 2+ years SaaS PM experience, and strong English communication; knowledge of French is a plus; office tools proficiency

Qualifications

• Workday PM certification is required.
• 1-3 years' experience managing Workday HCM implementations for medium/large enterprises with a Workday partner.
• 2+ years' SaaS project management or software implementation experience.
• Experience with at least two HCM areas (Core HCM, Benefits, Talent Mgmt, Payroll, Time Tracking, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication (Required).
• French proficiency (Preferred).
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent organization, time management and communication skills.
• Consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate competency in Workday HCM and Payroll product suite.
• Collaborate with TopBloc consultants to staff and deliver projects.
• Assist in sales cycle activities including gathering requirements and SOW support.
• Coordinate with client project managers to identify and mitigate scope/time risks.
• Support transition from professional services to product support.
• Set priorities and work independently toward objectives.
• Advise clients on Workday best practices.
• Engage with colleagues, managers and clients face to face.
• Adapt to department growth and changes.
• Report to Managing/Senior Managing PMs.
• Travel ~25% as requested.

Requirements (What We're Looking For):

• Workday Project Management certification from a Workday Services Partner Firm (Required)
• 1-3 years' experience project managing Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprise organizations with a Workday partner firm (Required)
• 2+ years' Saas project management or software implementation experience (Required)
• Experience with at least two HCM functional areas: Core HCM, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation, Recruitment, or Absence Management (Required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Required)
• French proficiency (Preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs
• Excellent organization, time management, business development and communication skills
• Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred

Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

• Manage the implementation of multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate competency in the Workday HCM and Payroll product suite
• Work with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and delivered
• Assist in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWs
• Work with the clients project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames
• Assist in the transition of the customer from professional services to product support
• Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Work with clients on Workday best practices
• Interact with colleagues, managers and clients face to face
• Adapt to job requirement changes as the department grows
• Report directly to one of our Managing or Senior Managing Project Managers
• Travel 25% at client request

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
