Job summary

Accenture in Canada is seeking a Workday HCM & Recruiting Lead to guide global HCM and Recruiting workstreams on Workday implementations. You will shape project plans, manage risk and resources, and collaborate with multi-national client teams.

The role requires a Workday Partner Certification, at least 3 years in consulting in a lead or senior capacity, 3+ years of HCM implementations, and fluent English. Travel may be required to support diverse engagements across North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in a lead or similar level role.
• Minimum 3 years of HCM Implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
• English is required for this position in a multinational team context.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the HCM & Recruiting workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday HCM & Recruiting issues.
• Work with client to support the new requirements for HCM & Recruiting in Workday.
• Creating and updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special HCM & Recruiting processes in Workday.
• Provide support for HCM & Recruiting activities like posting, bank transfer and pay checks in Workday.
• Provide support for legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on and offshore functional teams.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, and mitigate to meet client/functional requirements.
• Architect Workday HCM & Recruiting solutions to ensure cohesive cross-functional impacts.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
• Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.
