Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a senior Workday Talent and Performance Consultant based in Canada to lead the design and delivery of talent management solutions on the Workday platform.

You will optimize performance management processes, including reviews, calibrations, and goal-setting frameworks, and partner with stakeholders to align talent workflows with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

7+ years of IT/HR systems or related experience.
5+ years hands-on Workday Talent and Performance implementation/consulting.
Strong expertise configuring Workday performance reviews, calibrations, and goal templates.
Solid understanding of Workday Core HCM and Core Compensation and their relation to Talent & Performance.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, implement, and maintain performance reviews within Workday Talent and Performance.
Configure and manage calibration processes for consistent performance assessment practices.
Create and maintain goal templates aligned with organizational objectives and performance strategies.
Collaborate with HR, business, and stakeholders to align performance cycles with priorities.
Support cross-module Workday workflows and integration points (Talent & Performance, Core HCM, Core Compensation).
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions; conduct functional testing and data validation.
Monitor data integrity across performance management processes.
Contribute to improvements in Workday talent processes and user experiences.
