Job summary

Accenture seeks a Workday HCM & Recruiting Lead to drive the HCM/Recruiting workstream on global Workday implementations. You will coordinate workplans, manage budgets and client relationships, and resolve day-to-day Workday issues.

You will lead configurations, provide process support, and collaborate with multilingual teams. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in a Lead or similar role
• Minimum of 3 years of HCM Implementations
• Bachelor’s degree or college program in a related discipline
• English required for multi-national teams

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the HCM & Recruiting workstream on a Workday implementation project
• Create workplans for large complex global engagements including risk, budget, resources and client relationships
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday HCM & Recruiting issues
• Collaborate with client on new HCM & Recruiting requirements in Workday
• Configure Workday based on evolving requirements
• Provide ongoing support for HCM & Recruiting processes in Workday
• Support HCM & Recruiting activities like postings, bank transfers and payroll in Workday
• Assist with regulatory reports and year-end activities in Workday
• Manage small onshore/offshore teams
• Advise on strategies, risks and mitigations to meet client needs
• Architect cohesive Workday HCM & Recruiting solutions
• Demonstrate options via prototyping
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
• Provide status updates to Project Manager
• Show strong client/stakeholder management and drive objectives
• Support development of new industry-leading assets

As a Workday HCM & Recruiting Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:

• Lead or support the HCM & Recruiting workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday HCM & Recruiting issues
• Work with client to support the new requirements for HCM & Recruiting in Workday
• Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for regular and special HCM & Recruiting processes in Workday
• Provide support for HCM & Recruiting activities like posting, bank transfer and pay checks in Workday
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
• Manage small on andoff-shorefunctional teams
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
• Architect Workday HCM & Recruiting solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
• Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need

• Workday Partner Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role
• Minimum of 3 years of HCM Implementations
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
• English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if you have

• 4 years of HCM/Recruiting Implementations
• Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes
• Experience in Education & Government implementations

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.

It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
