Job summary

Coveo is seeking a Workday Administrator specializing in HCM to join our People and Finance Systems team in Montreal. You will configure, optimize and support Workday HCM modules, driving reliable HR processes and data accuracy.

Collaborating with HR stakeholders, you will translate needs into practical system improvements, own requests, manage priorities, and help streamline workflows. Experience with Workday releases, reporting and security is a plus, and a proactive, service‑minded approach

Qualifications

At least 2 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with configuration and administration in at least one HCM module.
Solid understanding of HR processes and ability to adapt Workday to business needs.
Strong problem-solving, autonomy to investigate issues and propose solutions.
Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with clear communication and proactive updates.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain and optimize Workday HCM functionality, including business processes, approval workflows and system settings.
Support day-to-day Workday administration, troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable HR solutions.
Collaborate with HR teams to translate needs into practical system improvements.
Take ownership of requests, manage priorities and reduce backlog.
Support Workday releases, testing and reporting to maintain accurate processes.
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and automate tasks to improve the employee experience.
