Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials R2R Senior Analyst to join our global Workday advisory team. You’ll deliver payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions, lead workshops, gather requirements, and help architect cohesive Workday R2R solutions.

Travel may be required; role location includes Canada with potential for multiple regions. Compensation aligns with market bands and regional pay practices, with a focus on delivering transformational outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of consulting experience in a Consultant or similar role.
• Hands-on Workday Financials experience required, including R2R.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, functional design, and process design; prototyping, testing, and training.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Conduct working sessions to gather and analyze requirements.
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday R2R solutions; ensure cross-functional cohesion.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices; demonstrate design options via prototyping.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies in delivery.

As a Workday Workday Financials R2R Sr Analyst, your primary responsibilities may include:

• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Lead workshops for client education
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday R2R solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Advise clients on industry standardsand leading practices
• Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need:

• Workday Financials Partner Certification
• Minimum of 1 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant, or similar level role
• Minimum of 1 years of hands on Workday Financials experience
• Minimum of 1 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

Bonus points if:

• 2+ years of experience implementing FDM/R2R
• Proficiency in multiple business processes:(PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc…)
• Experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements.
• Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.
• Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience: (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc…)
• An advanced degree in the area of specialization
