Job summary

Focus Cloud Group is partnering with a large Canadian healthcare organization on a multi-wave Workday HCM & Payroll transformation. The program aims to bring 200,000 employees onto a unified Workday platform by 2029, with a focus on data architecture, migration and governance to ensure a successful delivery.

The Workday Data Architect will define and govern the data architecture, oversee source-to-target migration, mapping and conversion, and collaborate with functional, technical, data and SI

Qualifications

• Multiple years of Workday experience, including end-to-end implementations.
• Experience with source-to-target architecture, data migration, mapping, transformation and conversion.
• Experience defining data standards, governance and conversion approaches.
• Large enterprise Workday implementation experience – 50,000+ employees ideally.
• Experience within complex, multi-entity and/or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the data architecture for the Workday implementation.
• Lead data migration, mapping, transformation and conversion efforts.
• Define data standards and governance approaches for the program.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including functional, technical, data and SI partners.
