Job summary

CTC in Canada is seeking a Senior Workday Payroll Integration Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise Workday payroll integrations across multiple countries.

You will own the technical lifecycle from design to production support, collaborating with Payroll, HRIS, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and third-party vendors to deliver secure, scalable interfaces and drive best practices on the Workday platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hands-on Workday integrations with Payroll focus.
• Experience supporting global payroll integrations.
• Proven ability to build and troubleshoot PECI interfaces using EXPR and Workday Studio.
• Experience with CloudPay and ADP integrations (Global View or Streamline).
• Strong debugging of data transformations, sequencing, and high-volume data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end Workday payroll integrations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize payroll interfaces to ensure uptime.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Security, EA, Infrastructure, and vendors.
• Develop reports and RaaS APIs as needed.
• Participate in Workday release testing and maintain design/runbooks.
