Huron is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the implementation life cycle for cloud-based enterprise systems. The role emphasizes planning, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support in collaboration with client teams and Huron.

Strong PM, documentation, and leadership skills are essential. Ideal candidates bring 6–10 years as a technical lead/architect, plus 2–3 years in complex integrations.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations.
• 2-3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership.
• Must have experience managing a team.
• Must have experience using Studio.
• Experience with Orchestrate is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with project team and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems, providing appropriate technical recommendations aligned with business needs.
• Implement new Workday integrations, inbound and outbound EIBs.
• Manage and implement Workday Integration enhancements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design and implement solutions.
• Comfortable interacting with varying levels of client personnel based on project need.
• Deep expertise in one or more technical areas of cloud-based ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
• Experience coaching and leading technical staff members.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation life cycle for cloud-based enterprise systems from planning to post-production support.
• Plan, configure, design, build, convert, train, go-live, and provide post-production support with client teams.
• Collaborate with Huron and client teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical designs.
• Mentor and coach technical staff to ensure high-quality delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated base salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 (CAD). With annual incentive compensation, total compensation can reach $156,000 - $192,000 (CAD). The role also includes medical, dental, vision, and other wellness benefits in line with applicable laws.
