Robinhood is seeking an Applications Developer, Workday for its Toronto, Canada office. You will configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules across Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, and HCM.

You’ll partner with People Operations and Payroll to deliver scalable HR systems and automate processes. You will be the subject-matter expert, driving automation and AI-enabled improvements while supporting acquisitions and global growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Workday administration and configuration.
• Experience aligning HR processes with People Operations, Payroll, and Compensation.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical partners.

Responsabilités

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, HCM).
• Gather requirements from business teams and translate into effective Workday solutions.
• Build reports, security settings, and configurations to support growth.
• Collaborate with Payroll on US and International payroll configurations.
• Own Benefits configuration, enrolment events, and Open Enrollment readiness.
• Support acquisitions, global expansion, and new Workday functionality rollout.
