  • Prepare and update financial statement formats, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable to review and post invoices and expense reports, ensuring internal controls are followed.
  • Assist Operations in the compilation and accounting of fixed assets and inventories.
  • Assist in the preparation of the year-end audit file, annual budget, and forecasts.
  • Operate in a safe manner in accordance with work safe rules, regulations, and policies.

We’re looking for a Woodlands Accountant to join our Woodlands Finance Team in Lumby, British Columbia. The Southern Interior Woodlands Team manages Tolko's tenure and fibre supply in the Southern Interior of British Columbia. We are dedicated to sustaining these areas to the benefit of all who live and work there.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • University degree or diploma in accounting, or equivalent is an asset.
  • CPA designation is preferred but not required.
