• Promotes services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services and related offerings.
• Discusses options (good, better, best) and suggests related items outside of department to meet customer needs.
• Educates customers about the whole project and related products/services.
• Assists with stock maintenance: signing, displaying, and keeping products clean and organized.
• Maintains knowledge of products in department and adjacent areas.
