Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking an Infield Territory Manager to call on and sell to program-specific Healthcare Providers (HCPs) for designated women's health brands. This is a field-based role reporting to the Business Manager, Commercial Services.

It is a 12-month contract with high renewal potential and may include overnight travel within the territory. The role requires a university degree, 3+ years in pharma sales, and strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• University degree is required (science/business degree preferred)
• Experience: 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry and clinical selling skills
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual with strong presentation skills
• Understanding of accreditation of continuing education and IMC code of ethical practices
• Previous virtual interactions with Healthcare Professionals are an asset
• Previous cross-functional territory planning experience
• Proven track record of success (winning performance)
• Strong business acumen and strategic analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Represent client’s products in person (or virtually if needed) to healthcare providers.
• Deliver medical education in person (or virtually if needed), such as lunch and learns / CHE events and conferences to HCPs
• Develop strategic business plans and territory routing plans to maximize business opportunities
• Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on territory
• Effectively manage expenses and budget to drive business
• Develop comprehensive and insightful key account plans to build relationships with stakeholders
• Complete daily CRM entries and other administrative duties
• Attend and complete all required training
• Potential overnight travel within allocated territory as needed
