Job summary

Vanguard Pharma Inc. seeks a Women’s Health Territory Sales Manager to cover Toronto and surrounding regions.

You will drive sales for an oral iron therapy, engaging physicians, pharmacists and specialty clinics while promoting evidence-based product information and patient-centered care. The role requires building a robust action plan, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science preferred, but other university degrees accepted.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a specialty pharmaceutical representative in Canada.
• Women’s Health experience is an asset; Concierge Medicine sales is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Willingness to travel with minimal overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate capacity to achieve annual sales targets.
• Implement the marketing plan in accordance with brand strategy.
• Develop an annual action plan and tactical directions to maximize sales in the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists and stakeholders; identify needs and provide quality service.
• Promote products through professional sales tools and stays current with clinical advances.
