Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited in Brampton is seeking a Manhattan WMS Superuser to support Warehouse and Labour Management systems across the DC network. You will triage issues, perform root-cause analyses, and develop enhancements in collaboration with IT and operations teams.

The role requires strong data analysis, facilitation, and communication skills, with experience in DCCS and Power BI. A proactive, team-oriented approach and Rotational Pager availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Available for Rotational Pager support 20/7 for severity incidents.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with distribution systems (DCCS, Manhattan Labor Management, Manhattan Warehouse Management).
• Self-starter, able to drive projects independently.
• Demonstrated experience in large data analysis.
• Team player with ability to present to all levels of the organization.
• Experience with data management software (Power BI) an asset.
• Experience with FGL/Marks an asset.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Manhattan WMS and Manhattan Labour Management within our DC network.
• Triage and resolve operational issues; build enhancements and insights for enterprise projects.
• Create reports and dashboards for DC key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with DC Operations, IT, Transportation and Supply Chain leadership.
• Engage with vendors, IT and DC operations during design, build and test phases.
• Support decision making with ad hoc analyses and root-cause investigations.
