Job summary

Nwaretech is seeking a WMS Growth Manager to drive project success, optimize the WMS practice, and lead market-facing activities across Canada, the United States, and beyond. You will coordinate with the WMS Delivery Manager to ensure on-time delivery and maximize value for clients.

You will build strategic client relationships, identify sales opportunities, participate in events, and train teams on WMS offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in sales or software implementation.
• Bilingual (French and English).

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation and guide project teams.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions.
• Develop partnerships with internal staff, partners, and vendors.
• Participate in go-to-market strategies and pricing discussions.
• Represent the company at strategic networking events and demonstrations.
• Provide Product and Services training to staff.
