Job summary

The Mobile Shop, located inside Real Atlantic Superstore, is seeking a Store Manager to guide customers toward the best phone and rate plan options that fit their lifestyle. You will lead a team of Wireless Sales Representatives and drive results while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with Loblaw shoppers to offer the latest mobile, home and business solutions from major brands.
• Leverage PC Optimum loyalty program to help customers earn and redeem points on purchases.
• Become a Mobile Expert by mastering carrier offerings, promos, and pricing structures.
• Lead and inspire a team of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing coaching and development to meet targets.
