Job summary

The Mobile Shop, located inside Zehrs, part of Glentel Inc., is seeking a Store Manager to guide customers toward the best phone and rate plan options for their lifestyle. This Canada-based role leads a team within a Loblaw-owned environment and focuses on delivering top-tier customer service and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• Store Manager experience in telecom or retail.
• Ability to guide customers to optimal plans and devices.

• Engage with Loblaw shoppers to recommend mobile solutions.
• Promote and explain PC Optimum loyalty benefits to customers.
• Become the mobile expert on carrier offerings, deals, and pricing.
• Lead and coach Wireless Sales Representatives to hit sales targets.
