Job summary

The Mobile Shop located inside Real Canadian Superstore in Canada is seeking a Store Manager to guide customers toward the best phone and rate plan options for their lifestyle.

In this role you will lead and develop a team of Wireless Sales Representatives, become a Mobile Expert on carrier offers and promotions, and collaborate with top brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development.
• Engage with Loblaw shoppers to offer mobile, home and business solutions from leading brands.
• Become a Mobile Expert on carrier offerings, promotions, and pricing structures to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
