  • Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to incident reports and service improvements.
Maintenance and Optimization

  • Participate in network build, upgrade, and optimization, including walk testing and performance verification (RSSI, transmit levels, dropped calls).
  • Investigate and resolve in-building uplink interference issues.
  • Report safety concerns to management.
Installation and Commissioning

  • Access remote or difficult sites using off-road vehicles.
  • Deploy mobile generators during outages to ensure service continuity.

  • Driver’s license and vehicle required.
Qualities
  • Effective communication and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsibility, autonomy, and resourcefulness.
  • Team-oriented, organized, results-driven, and quality-focused.
  • Ability to multitask and be proactive.

If you are social, flexible, structured, and interested in information technology, and enjoy working with the latest technologies, we encourage you to apply today!
