We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual with strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to join our team of HVAC Field Service Technicians based out of our Montreal Sales Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on indoor/outdoor HVAC equipment in the field.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts.
• Maintain a professional attitude, always considering the company's interests.
• Work independently and accept assignments on short notice within strict deadlines.
• Occasionally work outside regular business hours.
• Travel within and out of province as required.

Experience and Education

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Diploma or related discipline.
• One or two years of related design, production, or service experience is advantageous but not necessary.
• Experience in HVAC systems and control systems is desirable.

Skills Required

• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills in challenging situations.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team locally and remotely.
