You will manage the entire order lifecycle from PO review to BOM alignment and vendor POs, with delivery timelines tracked across time zones. The role requires 2+ years in wireless domain operations, strong ERP/CRM proficiency (NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce), and excellent communication for global collaboration, with occasional off-hours meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales operations, procurement, or technical coordination in Wireless Network/Telecommunications.
• Fundamental understanding of wireless network architecture and RF coverage components.
• Experience processing customer POs, matching configurations, and issuing vendor POs with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for global teams and internal meetings.
• Willingness to join early morning or late evening meetings to sync with international vendors.
• Full-time on-site work at corporate office with ERP/CRM tooling exposure.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and verify incoming customer POs for technical accuracy and BOM alignment.
• Translate customer requirements into precise vendor POs and coordinate with global manufacturers.
• Monitor vendor production, lead times, and shipping schedules across time zones.
• Provide updates on equipment delivery dates and deployment readiness in sales meetings.
• Collaborate with international sales, engineering, and logistics teams with flexible scheduling.
• Maintain exact records of hardware configurations, licenses, warranties, and delivery timelines in ERP/CRM.
