Job summary

Novacell Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer specializing in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and in-building wireless coverage.

You will be the primary technical contact for troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance, supporting field technicians, enterprise customers, and carrier partners. This on-site role requires strong RF diagnostics, experience with DAS vendors, and the ability to coordinate with international teams outside local hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, commissioning, or field engineering in in-building wireless.
• Experience with major DAS vendors (CommScope, Corning, JMA, Solid, Advanced RF).
• Solid RF fundamentals, fiber optics, and cellular tech (4G/5G/CBRS).
• Familiar with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VIAVI/Anritsu, PIM testers).
• On-site full-time with occasional international alignment hours.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for DAS platforms and repeaters.
• Analyze RF data and sweep test results to resolve coverage gaps.
• Troubleshoot headend, remote and master units, and fiber transport.
• Assist with remote firmware upgrades and configurations.
• Support commissioning and acceptance testing for new deployments.
• Coordinate with global vendors and teams outside local hours.
• Document cases and create knowledge base notes.
