The Networking Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This role is responsible for working closely with sales teams and customers to understand business requirements, design networking solutions leveraging Pronto’s cellular routers, Wi-Fi access points, gateways, and related technologies, and present technical proposals that align with customer needs. On a day-to-day basis, the Networking Sales Engineer conducts product demonstrations, prepares and delivers technical presentations, responds to RFPs/RFIs, and supports proof-of-concept evaluations for hospitality, retail, POS, kiosks, and other vertical markets. The role also involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, including configuration guidance, troubleshooting, and integration assistance with customer environments and partner platforms. The Networking Sales Engineer collaborates with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback, refine solution offerings, and ensure successful deployment and ongoing customer satisfaction.
