Better Living Health and Community Services is seeking dependable workers for outdoor snow and ice removal to keep walkways, driveways, and entrances safe during winter. Work is arranged directly with clients and paid in cash on completion.
Vaccination policy applies, and applicants must be eligible to work in Canada. Ideal candidates live in North York or Midtown Toronto or have reliable transportation to these areas, with access to personal snow removal tools and the ability to work early
Four Seasons Connections Registered Workers are dependable individuals who are comfortable working outdoors during winter conditions. Workers are connected with senior clients who require assistance with snow and ice removal to help maintain safe walkways, driveways, and entrances during the winter season.
Workers are matched with clients based on job interest, skills, and program needs. Work is client-dependent and weather-dependent, and hours are not guaranteed. Job requests are scheduled directly between the Registered Worker and the client, and all work is paid in cash by the client on the same day the job is completed.
SALARY: Paid by client on the same day of services
As per the Ministry of Health’s Directive #6, Better Living has established a mandatory vaccine policy. In order to be considered for an interview candidates must demonstrate that they are fully vaccinated, are in the process of being vaccinated,or have a substantiated medical or religious reason why they cannot be vaccinated.
