Job summary

Facility Care is seeking a Sidewalk Snow Shoveling Crew Member for on-site work across GTA areas, including Scarborough or Bolton yards. Role involves clearing sidewalks, using shovels, snowblowers, and salt to keep walkways safe at commercial properties from November to March. Part-time, seasonal with on-call responsibilities.

No prior experience is required, though prior snow removal or physical work is a plus. Physical fitness and readiness for harsh winter conditions are essential.

Position: Sidewalk Snow Shoveling Crew Member

Location: Direct to various client sites in the GTA or meet a team in Scarborough or Bolton yard

Contract Dates: November 16th, 2025- March 28th, 2027

Pay: $30 per hour

Role Overview: As a Sidewalk Snow Shovelling Crew Member, you’ll be responsible for clearing sidewalks of snow and ice, ensuring safety for all who use them at various commercial properties (condo's or distribution centers). You will use shovels, snowblowers, snow rators, and salt as needed. This role requires physical fitness, flexibility, and resilience to work in harsh winter conditions.
