Facility Care Solution Providers is seeking a Sidewalk Snow Shoveling Crew Member to clear sidewalks at various client sites across the GTA. The role is part-time and seasonal, with an on-call schedule including weekends and holidays during winter.

The position pays $30 per hour and requires physical fitness, flexibility, and resilience to work in harsh winter conditions. Training and equipment are provided to ensure safety and efficiency in snow removal tasks.

Position: Sidewalk Snow Shoveling Crew Member

Location: Direct to various client sites in the GTA or meet a team in Scarborough or Bolton yard

Contract Dates: November 16th, 2025- March 28th, 2027

Pay: $30 per hour

Role Overview: As a Sidewalk Snow Shovelling Crew Member, you’ll be responsible for clearing sidewalks of snow and ice, ensuring safety for all who use them at various commercial properties (condo's or distribution centers). You will use shovels, snowblowers, snow rators, and salt as needed. This role requires physical fitness, flexibility, and resilience to work in harsh winter conditions.

• Physically Fit: Handle the demands of snow removal for extended periods.
• Flexible & On-Call: Available 24/7 for varying work hours and able to report to work at any hour of the day.
• Resilient: Work in extreme cold and heavy snowfall.
