Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Winter Maintenance Shift Supervisor to oversee contracted assets and manage daily/weekly work plans. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and coordination of materials, equipment, and personnel on site in Canada.

The candidate will supervise winter operations, train team members, and ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety standards. Ontario licensing and field experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years in construction/road maintenance preferred.
• Valid Ontario DZ license & MTO permit required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of shift supervisor during the winter maintenance season.
• Organize work activities by arranging equipment, materials and labor.
• Oversee work operations to ensure value for money and safety compliance.
• Provide leadership and training to junior Webber staff.
• Inspect contractor work for compliance and report performance to supervisor.
• Advise supervisor on traffic control at work sites.
