Job summary

Ferrovial, through its Webber subsidiary, is hiring a Winter Operations Foreman in Canada. The role plans, organizes and supervises winter road maintenance projects, prepares highway condition reports, and dispatches equipment to ensure safety and timely completion of tasks.

Reporting to the Patrol Supervisor and Operations Manager, you will supervise crews, allocate resources, and uphold company policies while meeting client targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a Foreman/ Crew Supervisor in road construction.
• Basic supervision experience.
• DZ driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Follow supervisor instructions and provide supervision to the crew.
• Monitor weather and road conditions.
• Dispatch and direct maintenance equipment (snowplows, salt spreaders).
• Maintain records of incidents, maintenance activities, and road conditions.
• Coordinate Winter Operations Records and reporting.
• Communicate job status with patrollers and supervisors.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
