Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario's largest mountain resort and is seeking Seasonal-Full Time staff for the night shift to maintain the skating trail and ensure a fun, safe guest experience.

You will operate a range of equipment including tractors, snow blowers, Zamboni, and other tools to build and maintain the ice surface, remove snow around the property, and keep the workspace clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required.
• Reliable transportation to top of the mountain.
• Able to work night shift.
• Must be ok to work in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the ice surface of an outdoor skating trail using equipment such as tractors, snow blowers, Zamboni, and related tools.
• Removes snow around the property including guest areas and parking facilities.
• Keeps the work area clean and safe, removing debris daily.

WAGE- $20.26 Hourly

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

This purpose of this role is to create and provide daily maintenance on the skating trail. This maintenance position is critical to providing fun, and safe experience for guests while on the skating trail.

• Builds and maintains the ice surface of an outdoor skating trail using a variety of equipment, including but not limited to, tractors, snow blowers, Zamboni, and other various pieces of equipment and hand tools.
• Removes all snow from around the property including guest facing areas, parking facilities, and conditioning of the ice surface daily.
• Removes debris from property, including ice surface; keeps a clean and tidy workspace
