Job summary

Motion is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations in Winnipeg, overseeing administration, service coordination, and warehouse functions to ensure a high standard of client experience and internal accountability.

You will drive process consistency, implement controls, and coordinate with sales and healthcare partners to optimize order flow while mentoring teams and supporting the Regional Manager in achieving service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of operational or administrative leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating databases.
• Post-secondary education in business or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operational workflows across administration, service coordination, and warehouse functions.
• Ensuring funding documentation, billing processes, order accuracy, and internal controls are executed consistently.
• Facilitating cross-functional communication between service, warehouse, administration, and sales teams to ensure smooth order flow and minimize client impact.
• Supporting employees and the Regional Manager with clear expectations, follow-up mechanisms, performance management support, and continuous improvement initiatives
