Qualifications

2+ years experience in shipping and receiving lead or supervisory role.
5+ years shipping/receiving in manufacturing, warehouse or similar environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipments and prepare schedules.
Oversee loading/unloading and ensure accurate documentation.
Negotiate carrier rates and manage inventory of shipping materials.
Lead and train team; enforce safety and quality standards.
