Job summary

Motion is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our Winnipeg, MB location. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee administration, service coordination, and warehouse functions to ensure consistent workflows and outstanding client experience.

You bring 5–7 years of operational leadership, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to implement process controls. A post-secondary business education is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of operational or administrative leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly.
• Post-secondary education in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operational workflows across administration, service coordination, and warehouse functions.
• Ensuring funding documentation, billing processes, order accuracy, and internal controls.
• Facilitating cross-functional communication between service, warehouse, administration, and sales teams.
• Supporting employees and Regional Manager with performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
