Pinnacle Event Rentals is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Winnipeg operation and drive day-to-day execution across warehousing, field logistics and event support.

You will focus on organizing people, setting priorities, solving problems and ensuring work is completed on time with high quality. The role offers growth opportunity as the operation expands within Manitoba.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven leadership experience in operations.
• Ability to manage warehouse and field operations.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to develop and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Winnipeg Operations day-to-day activities.
• Translate events into inventory, equipment, vehicle and labour requirements.
• Develop processes that improve efficiency, quality and accountability.
• Remain actively involved in operations and work alongside the team when required.
• Lead warehouse readiness, loading and returns processes and ensure on-time execution.
• Collaborate with sales and management to ensure requirements and changes are clearly communicated.
