Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a temporary assignment with our Winnipeg-based client. If you have a solid background in shipping and receiving and love the rhythm of a high-efficiency warehouse, this is the perfect spot to put your logistics experience to work.

The role offers a Monday to Friday day shift, $17–$20 per hour, weekly pay with direct deposit and 4% vacation pay.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and listening skills.
• Strong English skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs.
• Previous forklift certification.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and safely lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory counts in the show room and warehouse.
• Safely and efficiently completes accurate daily shipping, receiving, and administrative requirements.
• Provide support to sales team related to inventory discrepancies (i.e. investigate variance and stock outs).
• Assist counter sales staff with parts as needed.
• Operate forklift, both counterbalance and stand up.
