Job summary

Charton Hobbs is seeking a Sales Representative to grow sales of the wine and spirits portfolio throughout Winnipeg, Brandon, and surrounding areas. The role requires building strong retailer and on‑premise relationships, executing sales programs, and maintaining an 8‑week route plan to ensure territory coverage.

Reporting to the Manitoba Sales Manager, you will travel across the Winnipeg region, with evenings and weekends as needed, and contribute to achieving quarterly targets while

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years outside sales experience, preferably within beverage alcohol.
• Experience in retail or restaurant environments is asset.
• Post-secondary education in business, sales, or marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales across assigned accounts and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Expand distribution focusing on priority and core brands.
• Maximize in-store execution with shelf positioning and displays.
• Present and execute quarterly programming with retail partners and product consultants.
• Develop and maintain an 8-week route plan for territory coverage.
• Maintain relationships with retail and on-premise customers; identify new listings and features.
