Job summary

The Wine Shop, part of Andrew Peller Limited, is seeking friendly sales teammates to help customers select the perfect wine and provide expert know-how in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes guest service excellence, cash handling, and using a computer-based POS system.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence focus.
• Experience working with computer-based point of sale systems and handling cash.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Smart Serve Certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction and outstanding service to every customer.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide product information when required.
• Assist with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and displays.
• Handle cash and accurately balance the till.
• Comply with Health and Safety rules and security within the workplace.
• Be a team player contributing to the team's efforts.
