Job summary

Gray Monk Estate Winery in Lake Country, BC is seeking a Wine Educator to create exceptional guest experiences while sharing our story of wine and hospitality. This part-time role may move to full-time in Spring and Summer, with up to 30 hours per week in winter and a competitive hourly wage plus gratuities.

You will host guests, explain wine flights, promote Wine Club memberships, and help with packaging and shipping.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
• Wine knowledge or certifications are a plus, but willingness to learn is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Host memorable guest experiences and welcome guests.
• Present and explain wine flights; promote Wine Club and memberships.
• Assist guests with purchases, packaging, shipments, and gift sets.
• Drive sales and meet team goals.
