Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking Junior to Intermediate IT Help Desk Support Analysts for a Winnipeg-based, 3‑month, in-office contract. You will support a large computer refresh, configure Windows 11 devices, and assist end users with AD, MS365, and network issues.

Two junior/low-intermediate resources and one intermediate resource will join the project, with opportunities to extend. Strong customer service and independent work style are valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT Help Desk experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Windows 11 deployment and MS365 administration.
• Familiarity with AD, OUs, security groups, and GPOs.

Responsibilities

• Assist end users during computer refresh and deployment.
• Configure and support Windows 11 and MS365.
• Manage Active Directory objects including OUs, groups, and GPOs.
• Process user onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, drivers, and network issues.
• Provide hands-on, customer-focused support.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• For Intermediate role, handle IMAC activities.
