Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an onsite IT support contractor to provide L1/L2 assistance for equipment and systems in Distribution/Fulfillment Centers. The role covers Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, printers, peripherals, and user issues, with responsibilities for network/Wi‑Fi/VDI support and deployment tasks.

The ideal candidate will monitor data center alarms, coordinate with vendors and Global Technology teams, and assist with installation and configuration of technology systems.

Duration: 06-12 Months

Pay Rate: CAD 35-40/hour Incorporated

Domain: BFSI
