Nordex Group in Canada is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead the execution readiness for wind projects across Canada and North America. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive planning, and ensure readiness for successful handover to Construction teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of PM experience in renewables or related fields, with strong communication, planning, and travel readiness to up to 25% across Canada and occasional US trips.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of full lifecycle of large-scale projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contract implementation knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across Canada and occasional US travel.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada; no sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain travel authorization internationally when required.
• Valid driver's license; insurable under corporate policy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate execution readiness activities across Safety, Planning, Logistics, Material Management, Quality, Construction, and Commissioning teams.
• Manage and maintain project execution readiness plans, schedules, milestones, and tracking tools.
• Monitor project readiness metrics and KPIs; provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, delays and deviations; implement mitigation strategies.
• Support execution readiness until site teams are mobilized.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and project stakeholders for material readiness.
• Provide operational and project management support to executing projects.
• Foster cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Support continuous improvement in project planning and execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
