Job summary

Nordex SE in Montreal, Canada, is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead execution readiness for wind energy projects. You will coordinate safety, planning, logistics, and construction activities, driving alignment across departments and ensuring timely handover to Construction for execution, while tracking KPIs and deadlines.

The role requires 4+ years in similar roles, strong communication, budgeting understanding, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Familiar with the full life cycle of power projects.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Must possess a working understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and contract implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departments across safety, planning, logistics, material management, quality, construction, and commissioning.
• Update and monitor the execution readiness template weekly, including deadlines and progress.
• Maintain and review weekly/monthly execution readiness KPIs dashboard.
• Execute readiness tasks for Construction until site team is identified.
• Serve as the liaison between PMEPC and Nacelles and Blades GLFs via the PCT department.
