Job summary

Nordex North America is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support wind farm projects in North America from planning through commissioning. You will collaborate with the Global Nordex organization, project owners, contractors, and engineers to set up processes from the outset to ensure successful execution.

You will manage interfaces across mechanical, electrical, and control teams, provide leadership to experts on RFIs, and ensure risk tracking and closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Project Management certification or formal program.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering groups (Mechanical, Electrical, Control).
• Lead SMEs addressing RFIs or open issues.
• Track interfaces, risks, actions in technical ops and push for closures.
• Ensure technical operations align with project schedules.
• Prepare presentations and status reports for leadership.
• Capture lessons learned and handover to Services.
