Job summary

West Fraser’s Williams Lake Lumber Division is seeking General Labourers to join a safety‑conscious, fast‑moving manufacturing team. You’ll sort, stack and pile lumber, handle and lift materials, operate production equipment as assigned, and assist other processing workers while maintaining strict safety standards.

You will also assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of sawmill equipment and report malfunctions promptly.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Availability to perform day and night shifts as needed.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Ability to work on repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work as a positive team member.
  • Strong commitment to following all safety guidelines and protocols, wearing the necessary PPE.
  • Reliable and excellent work ethic.
  • Desire to learn, grow and succeed.
  • No experience required.

You’ll Do:



  • Work in a variety of areas, which may include sorting, stacking, and piling lumber
