Job summary

White Spot is hiring a Prep Cook in British Columbia, Canada. You will handle the initial prep for menu items using locally sourced ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen, helping to create memorable dishes for guests.

We value freshness, quality, and consistency, with opportunities for development and an in-house Red Seal program for eligible kitchen leaders. Weekend availability is required, with 3–4 shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preparing food.
• Ability to consistently demonstrate high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Food Safe Level 1 accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a Prep Cook, you are responsible for the first steps in just about every item on our menu.
• You will work with high quality locally sourced fresh ingredients in a fast-paced environment, helping to create memorable dishes for guests.
• Maintain clean and organized work stations while supporting a team during service.
