Saje Natural Wellness is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Edmonton. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, hire and develop staff, and execute strategic plans aligned with our wellness-focused culture.

You will drive sales, manage KPIs, and foster a sense of belonging while promoting our products and community engagement. The role is full-time and on-site in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, and train Team Members for financial wellness in stores.
• Engage, develop and retain Team Members leveraging their skills.
• Create and maintain succession plans.
• Administer mid-year and annual reviews; set goals and provide feedback.
• Partner with Store Manager on annual/quarterly strategic plans.
• Drive KPIs: revenue, growth, traffic, conversion, loyalty, labour targets.
• Demonstrate business acumen and analytics to grow store performance.
• Ensure product knowledge enables informed recommendations to customers.
• Uphold presentation standards; leverage merchandising opportunities.
• Foster culture of excellent service and wellness-focused experiences.
• Proactively grow the business through community outreach.
• Inspire the team through coaching and living company values.
