Saje Natural Wellness is seeking passionate Store Members to deliver the Saje Experience, guiding customers with product demos, education and tailored recommendations in a scented retail environment.

You will help drive sales, maintain standards, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive team. A high school diploma is required; availability mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is expected, with a base hourly rate of CAD 17–21 depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school education.
• Ability to connect with customers in a personalized, hands-on way.

Responsibilities

• Store Experience: connect with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• GPOP to demonstrate products and drive awareness.
