Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a health-related field; Master’s preferred.
• Certification in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience developing wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of integrated employee wellness programs.
• Coordinate program operations including scheduling, registration, and compliance.
• Monitor program performance using metrics to drive improvement.
• Conduct research and apply best practices to enhance design and experience.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote engagement.
