Job summary

St. Joseph is seeking a Wellness Specialist to coordinate and advance wellness strategies that support mental, physical, and psychological health across the workforce.

You will lead program development, manage operations, track outcomes with metrics, and advise leadership on best practices to sustain employee wellbeing and a healthy workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in a health-related field required or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree preferred to lead wellness initiatives.
  • Minimum 3 years developing and implementing wellness programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated employee wellness programs.
  • Coordinate program operations including scheduling, registrations, and compliance.
  • Monitor program performance using metrics to drive improvement.
  • Develop communications to promote engagement and participation.
