Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative sales, account management, client service, or relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through consultative sales conversations and inbound/outbound leads.
• Engage clients to understand needs and recommend Medcan products and services.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline in Salesforce and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with physicians, client experience teams, marketing and operations to ensure seamless journeys.
